Cashback is calculated at a set rate on the total net loss for the week. Example: a Gold level member with a weekly net loss of ৳20,000 can receive up to ৳20,000 × 0.6% = ৳120 in cashback.

Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed, unless the platform itself cancels it under special circumstances.
• If a bet is accepted due to a technical error, 3333bd reserves the right to cancel it.
• If an internet connection is lost during an active bet, the server-side data will be considered final.

6.2 Sports Betting

• In sports betting, if a match is cancelled, the bet amount is generally refunded.
